The platform covers onboarding, pipeline, portfolio, performance, compensation, and an emerging AI-assisted support layer, with a significant part moving money.
The mandate is platform engineering and legacy modernisation first, with prior CRM or SalesTech experience not required.

Who You Are:

10–15 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading engineering teams through growth phases.
5+ years of hands-on production-level Java, plus at least 5 years managing managers.
Proven platform engineering at scale with experience in legacy migrations and re-architecture at 20M+ user scale.
