Job Duties:
- Conduct FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and financial modeling.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, understand key trends, and present to senior management.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards, optimize reporting systems, and support financial decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field plus 4 years' corporate finance experience.
- Must have experience in the insurance industry with financial modeling, variance analysis, budgeting, EBITDA adjustments, and GAAP.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Macros, Power Pivot, Power Query, and Power BI for automation and visualization.
