Technical Cybersecurity Instructional Designer

In this role, you will collaborate with content experts to develop comprehensive cybersecurity course materials that support progressive learning and to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned to real-world needs. Design engaging and effective learning activities that improve retention and enable learners to confidently apply cybersecurity knowledge. You will also write clear, measurable learning objectives aligned with essential cybersecurity competencies and leverage SimSpace’s virtual cyber environments to design realistic, hands-on exercises that simulate actual threat scenarios. Additionally, you will contribute to the evolution and scalability of our content development process, helping refine workflows, templates, and quality standards. You will also play an active role in team growth and operational improvement, shaping how we build and deliver training at scale.
