Job Description

Responsible for planning, upgrading, installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software related end-user computing devices such as desktop, laptop, mobile devices, their peripherals and related technologies. Provide day to day technical and operational support for Desktop and Laptop computers including complex technical support troubleshooting, system monitoring, and hardware and software upgrade, setup, installation. Plan and execute new deployments, upgrades, and technology refreshes. Schedules and/or coordinates vendor service calls e.g. repair, installation, equipment recovery, and preventive maintenance.
