- Serve as embedded Scrum Master, gatekeeping prioritization and convening cross-team sessions.
- Coach proactive impact visibility and run ceremonies for both teams.
- Mentor other Scrum Masters and report to Agile leadership.
Requirements:
- Embedded Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience with technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder alignment and Azure DevOps knowledge.
- Agile certification preferred.
