Bilingual Customer Content Specialist

This job receives, formats, and processes client press releases to distribute to the media and other recipients accurately and in a timely manner while ensuring company standards and objectives. Key responsibilities include orchestrating and executing the efficient processing of client press releases, including validating content to ensure compliance, formatting pictures and videos, validating hyperlinks, and editing/modifying press releases on the website (CMS) in both English and French. The role also involves disseminating press releases to the media via Canada Newswire distribution networks, posting press releases on various platforms including social media, coordinating international distribution, acting as a point of contact for clients requesting distribution and translation services, and assisting in onboarding/training new clients. The specialist partners with internal teams to resolve customer service challenges and performs other duties as required.
