Job Description

Inform our guests about Mammoth Resorts, planning and booking their vacation needs primarily through inbound phone calls, emails and webchats. Specialists will identify the guests’ needs, offer products, communicate policies, and provide assistance with changes, cancellations, taking payments and any other service-based needs. A typical week is four, 10-hour days with 3 days off.

Work At Home candidates must meet the following requirements: Reside in California. Have a designated workspace that is separate, secure, and quiet. Have designated internet with a minimum speed of 400mpbs. Connect to the internet/modem via Ethernet

Ideal candidate will be driven by customer service demonstrating active listening and offering meaningful solutions in a fast paced and dynamic guest service environment.
