Buyer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Buyer who is passionate about Procurement across multiple commodities. The role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships, and a focus on ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement while adhering to quality and budget requirements. As a Buyer you will develop and execute purchasing strategies to meet the origination’s supply needs while optimizing costs across multiple commodities. You will source and identify suppliers evaluating price, quality and delivery targets. You will also support Senior Buyer on large Capital Projects and Initiatives ensuring business objectives are met. Collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to align procurement needs with business goals is key. You will ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures during supplier negotiations and issuance of purchase orders. In this role you will assist in the preparation of reports related to procurement activities and cost savings and simultaneously coordinate several projects with multiple business units to ensure accurate and timely deadlines.
