Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business goals and organizational growth stages.
- Partner with Finance and Legal on executive compensation, including preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee.
- Design, implement, and oversee sales incentive plans in partnership with Commercial Leadership and Finance.
Compliance & Operations:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation and benefits regulations, such as wage and hour and pay transparency laws.
- Develop dashboards and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, cost trends, and talent impact.
- Oversee total rewards operations, systems, and vendors to ensure accuracy and a positive employee experience.
Leadership & Qualifications:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to HRBPs and business leaders on rewards-related decisions and mentor total rewards team members.
- Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive total rewards experience in a biotech or similarly regulated industry.
- Key competencies include strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, executive presence, and a change management mindset.
