Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business goals and organizational growth stages.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal on executive compensation, including preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee.
  • Design, implement, and oversee sales incentive plans in partnership with Commercial Leadership and Finance.

Compliance & Operations:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation and benefits regulations, such as wage and hour and pay transparency laws.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, cost trends, and talent impact.
  • Oversee total rewards operations, systems, and vendors to ensure accuracy and a positive employee experience.

Leadership & Qualifications:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to HRBPs and business leaders on rewards-related decisions and mentor total rewards team members.
  • Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive total rewards experience in a biotech or similarly regulated industry.
  • Key competencies include strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, executive presence, and a change management mindset.
