Manager, Operations (East Branch)

Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking a Manager, Operations to join TR's Programs x Domestic Operations - East Branch team! The Manager, Operations will lead a motivated team of associates, provide support to volunteer leaders in daily execution of the goals and objectives of the organization. This position requires a detailed understanding of all specific functions within the Operations Department. This position will be assigned geographic areas to build and motivate teams and will have a solid knowledge of the incident command system and expertise in the planning, mobilization, and demobilization operations. The Manager, Operations will be responsible for driving delivery of Team Rubicon Services and capabilities and for establishing and prioritizing the growth strategy for volunteer and community relationships within the East Branch  AKA " Red Team ". This role involves managing resources, finances, personnel issues, and administrative functions to support the organization’s mission and goals.  Every day will be a challenge, but every month brings new opportunities for an organization that is quickly becoming a household name in disaster response.
