The Opportunity:
- Lead product strategy for the AISim division's shared platform foundation.
- Directly involved in execution while building a team of PM ICs.
- Drive end-to-end platform strategy, vision, and roadmap across BioSim and ChemSim.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and own end-to-end platform strategy including build vs. buy decisions.
- Hire, grow, and lead a team of 5-6 PM ICs across multiple areas.
- Establish metrics and operating rhythms for data-driven decision making.
