VP, Product Management: Application Developer Platform

Job Description:

• The VP will own product strategy for AI Application Development within ServiceNow's AI Platform group.
• This role leads a team of senior product managers and serves as a strategic partner to the SVP of AI Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the multi-year product vision and strategic direction for AI application development.
• Own go-to-market strategy and developer adoption, including positioning and adoption metrics.
• Lead and grow a world-class product organization and drive cross-functional alignment at the executive level.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years leading large product organizations.
• Deep technical fluency in developer platforms, AI development patterns, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record of defining and executing platform strategy at enterprise scale.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay range of $291,500 - $495,600 plus equity and variable compensation.
