Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for people, operations, budgets, project delivery and strategy.
  • Plan and supervise the operating of the given type of services, while maintaining respective service levels, deadlines, and budgetary limitations.
  • Coordinate service delivery activities, monitor work progress, and handle emerging problems and conflicts.

Collaboration and Optimization:

  • Work in close collaboration with lead service management and other connected units.
  • Develop and optimize processes based on priorities.
  • Participate in projects and the development of new services or on demands.

Service Management:

  • Ensure that changes are implemented.

-Handle incidents and problems within the undertaken deadlines.

  • Maintain contracted service levels.
