Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for people, operations, budgets, project delivery and strategy.
- Plan and supervise the operating of the given type of services, while maintaining respective service levels, deadlines, and budgetary limitations.
- Coordinate service delivery activities, monitor work progress, and handle emerging problems and conflicts.
Collaboration and Optimization:
- Work in close collaboration with lead service management and other connected units.
- Develop and optimize processes based on priorities.
- Participate in projects and the development of new services or on demands.
Service Management:
- Ensure that changes are implemented.
-Handle incidents and problems within the undertaken deadlines.
- Maintain contracted service levels.
