Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises the Training Support Specialist and directly executes training tasks.
- Leads BT/RBT training, including orientation and clinical competencies.
- Develops and updates training curriculum and audits quality.
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification required with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong instructional design, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel regionally every 90 days and work across remote teams.
