Technical Lead (eDiscovery Products)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead engineering on replatforming eDiscovery tools, making key technical decisions on architecture, infrastructure, and data modeling.
• Architect and build migration of analytics tools from desktop to web, including ingestion pipelines for email and mobile data.
• Drive evolution of document review tools to standalone applications integrating with Relativity via API.

Engineering Standards:

• Establish CI/CD, testing infrastructure, deployment practices, coding standards, and security posture from scratch.
• Partner with Product Manager to sequence work and surface trade-offs for near-term delivery and long-term goals.
• Build and grow the engineering team, hiring and mentoring engineers while fostering a culture of craft and pragmatism.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Relativity custom development and eDiscovery.
• Proven ability to build greenfield products, with strong command of modern web application architecture.
• Experience designing large-scale data ingestion and processing pipelines handling schema variability and deduplication.
