Key Responsibilities:
- Lead launch planning and execution to achieve sales and market share goals.
- Translate national commercial strategy into actionable area business plans.
- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions quickly.
Field Leadership:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop Regional Sales Directors and their teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 15 RSDs with indirect oversight of field representatives.
- Conduct regular field coaching, business reviews, and talent assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 5+ years of field sales leadership experience, including leadership of leaders.
- Prior launch experience is required, with preference for first-launch or emerging biotech.
Environment:
- Requires up to 60% travel, frequently outside the local area and overnight.
