AIOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• You will design and implement comprehensive monitoring and observability strategies using AI-driven automation.
• You will apply machine learning techniques to improve incident detection, prediction, and resolution.

Requirements:

• You should have strong experience with monitoring tools like SL1 and ServiceNow ITOM, and understanding of AIOps concepts.
• You must have solid knowledge of ITIL processes and ability to work in multi-cloud environments.
