Job Description
The Business Operations Lead will play a key role in driving seamless operations of ReturnBear as we grow. You will collaborate with the CEO and work cross-functionally with operations, product, engineering, design, and other functions in carrying out ReturnBear’s mission.
Key responsibilities include using financial modeling and analytical skills to assess the impact of operational and strategic decisions, preparing investment cases for the CEO and Board, managing accounting and finance teams, and analyzing partnerships. The role also involves planning and executing the operational elements of the reverse logistics solution and leading relationships with investors, partners, and customers. This is a primarily remote role.
