We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Canada team who is not only dedicated to client success but is driven by curiosity and an eagerness to learn. As a trusted partner, the Relationship Manager, Canada West will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their goals, drive adoption of Flywire solutions, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction, retention & loyalty. This role is critical in building long-term, value-driven relationships that increase utilization, uncover new opportunities, and ultimately drive retention and revenue growth. The role involves fostering strategic and operational partnerships across multiple campus offices, managing contract renewals, overseeing project implementations, and resolving customer issues. Adopt a data-driven approach and proactively identify threats and opportunities that may impact our existing business.
