Responsibilities:
- Lead the Product Learning function, including the Product Learning team and the Intellectual Property Engine team.
- Work closely with colleagues across product, technology, research, and commercial teams.
- Accountable for the Product Learning ecosystem and operating model.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set clear standards and shared expectations across teams.
- Ensure every learning experience has clear behavioral intent and measurable outcomes.
- Align learning with product priorities and commercial performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in product learning strategy and learning experience design.
- Experience leading high‑performing teams.
- Experience creating operating models that improve quality and efficiency.
