About the Role:
- You'll lead a team of five DevOps engineers, owning infrastructure, pipeline delivery, and internal tools.
- You'll drive progressive delivery so engineers can ship, observe, recover, and roll back code independently.
- You'll build a roadmap for maturing the DevOps platform, including multi-region architectures and AI agent support.
What You'll Do:
- Design golden-path workflows with Terraform and Kubernetes for self-service provisioning and monitoring.
- Champion deployment patterns like blue/green, canary, and immutable-infra releases on Kubernetes.
- Lead disaster recovery strategy on AWS, including multi-region replication and global traffic management.
Your Experience:
- 2+ years of DevOps leadership managing SRE or DevOps teams.
- 7+ years in hands-on platform or infrastructure roles with large-scale AWS expertise.
- Expert in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes), and observability with Datadog.
