Overview:
- DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead visual and interaction design for the DCIPS Future program, a Department of Defense modernization effort.
- This role establishes and owns the design system and translates it into consistent, accessible, production-ready screens in Figma for development teams on AWS GovCloud.
Key Duties:
- Establish and maintain the DCIPS Future design system in Figma, including color palette, typography, component libraries, and interaction patterns.
- Design screens that prioritize in-line viewing and editing of data, with progress charting, contextual help, and tooltips.
- Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 accessibility standards and work under low-bandwidth conditions.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Secret clearance and have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Figma with component libraries, auto layout, and design tokens.
- Experience designing for complex, data-dense applications in regulated domains such as case management or healthcare.
