3D Animator

Role Overview:

• Lead the creation of high-quality 3D animations and visual storytelling across BJAK’s marketing, product, and brand initiatives.
• Bring concepts to life through compelling animation, character performance, camera work, and environmental storytelling.
• Mentor junior artists and help define animation standards across the organization.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field; 2+ years of professional experience in 3D animation.
• Expert proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent; strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and creative tools.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
