As a Senior Instructional Systems Designer at Serco, you'll join a team of learning experts dedicated to designing and delivering innovative solutions for DoD and federal clients. This remote, part-time role allows you to apply your skills in instructional content creation, working under the Project Manager's guidance to develop various curricula.
Your responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, consulting with clients, and collaborating with the design team to create training solutions. You will also demonstrate your knowledge of the ISD process, capture workflow processes, and participate in visual design and usability testing. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
To thrive in this role, you'll need a Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Systems Design, Education, or a related field, along with 5 years of experience. Familiarity with Adobe Captivate and Learning Management Systems is highly valued, and some travel (up to 10%) may be required.
