- Own all conversion surfaces from traffic to trial, including website roadmap, landing page architecture, messaging, and signup flows.
- Build agent-assisted workflows for hypothesis generation, variant production, QA, launch, and experiment readout.
- Integrate AI to enable personalized landing experiences, rapid copy testing, and agent-generated content briefs.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years in growth at a SaaS or PLG company, with proven experience in website performance and trial funnel optimization.
- Conversion-obsessed, hands-on operator who writes copy, pulls data, and ships changes without dependency on large teams.
- Technically literate in HTML/CSS/JS and modern search, including traditional SEO and LLM-powered answer engines.
Impact:
- Drive visitor-to-trial conversion, trial signup volume, and experiment velocity with a focus on rapid, measurable wins.
- Connect website optimization cleanly into product activation to create a seamless user experience.
- Define and implement what an 'AI-native website' means for Close, making AI core to website operations.
