Job Description
As an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Willow, you will keep Willow running smoothly and help teams thrive by prioritizing and anticipating their needs. This role involves complete management of business dealings and personal diary/schedule, anticipating needs, prioritization and preparation for meetings and key events, including organization of internal and external meetings. You will providing administrative and project support to leadership, as well as operational support for the United States and Australia. You will be managing communications and scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, expense report management. Facilitating communication between appropriate internal departments globally and proactively organizing important deadlines, meetings, and necessary follow ups. Assisting with light accounting duties for the Philippines office, procurement activities, Event Coordination and Customer Relationship Management Portal Support.
