Role Overview:
- A high-visibility leadership role to establish and run a top-notch Finance Project Management Office.
- Acts as the strategic operator and glue between Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- M&A Project Management: Build the company's M&A Playbook, coordinate functional due diligence, and lead post-merger integration plans.
- Strategic Planning: Orchestrate the Annual Operating Plan process and validate resource capacity against product roadmaps.
- Special Projects: Lead high-priority initiatives and identify bottlenecks to design automated, scalable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Requires 8-10+ years in Management Consulting, Strategic Finance, or a PMO lead role in a high-growth AI/SaaS environment.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to drive change and process efficiency.
- Startup or scale-up experience is a plus, with a need to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
