Job Description
As an RCM Presales Solutions Consultant, you will partner with the Sales team, focusing on the Strategic and Enterprise segments, providing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and financial/practice management expertise to prospects and clients. You will lead business and functional discovery sessions with key stakeholders to uncover RCM pain points and understand each clientβs operational objectives and challenges. You will compose and deliver superior sales presentations and live demonstrations of ModMedβs Practice Management and RCM solutions.
You will leverage cross-functional teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment across the RCM lifecycle, and act as an internal subject matter expert (SME) in ambulatory RCM, mentoring peers and sharing market feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategy. You will support RFPs and strategic sales content by contributing RCM data points and financial modeling. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, or 10+ years of combined experience in revenue cycle operations, medical billing, or practice administration.
