Staff Product Designer – Platform & Onboarding Team

As a Staff Product Designer for the Onboarding quad, you’ll shape the vision by defining the roadmap for custom-scoped migrations today and self-serve tools of tomorrow. You'll collaborate on strategy, partnering with PMs and CSMs to translate customer pain points into clear product goals, ensuring our designs drive measurable impact. You'll contribute to our design system and evangelize onboarding excellence by defining success metrics and sharing insights. You'll lead research, wire-framing, prototyping, testing, and high-fidelity UI design, ensuring seamless execution and implementation and influence our design culture by sharing knowledge and mentoring designers.
