Senior Product Manager, Business Management

This role involves leading the strategy and execution of financial management solutions for professional service firms. Own the vision and delivery of analytics, accounting, and cross-solution financial intelligence products that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and empower firms to make data-driven business decisions. Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, AI, and data science teams to apply automation and AI to critical accounting processes such as bank reconciliation, profitability tracking, and compliance. Accountabilities include defining and executing the product vision for analytics, reporting, and accounting workflows, focusing on automation, AI-driven insights, and operational efficiency. You will conduct customer research and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for financial workflow improvement, partner with UX, engineering, AI, and data science teams to deliver products that simplify reconciliation, enhance compliance, and provide actionable financial insights. Drive outcome-based product execution and mentor junior product managers.
