Job Description

The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a resource and partner for senior management and employees in their assigned client groups, ensuring equitable, consistent, and proactive partnership. This role provides leaders with strategic consultation aligning organizational objectives with employee and manager needs on matters such as performance, organizational design, change management, succession planning, learning, compensation and benefits while developing and collaborating on HR and organizational initiatives and strategies. The Sr. HRBP is expected to mentor other team members. Key responsibilities include HR Business Strategy in alignment with organizational strategies, talent development, and employee relations resolving issues and communicating changes to leaders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of HR experience, along with knowledge of labor laws, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to maintain an equitable and inclusive workplace.
