As a Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer, you will help run, operate and orchestrate daily CRM needs for the stakeholders. As a technical counter part to the MarTech you will help in Growth Team, adopting business requirements, translating them into technical concepts, and delivering its implementation. You will develop, maintain and enhance the CRM system, as well as integrate it with other applications and data sources. You will design and implement new features and integrations, and provide technical support and guidance to CRM users and business analysts. You will also monitor, troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues and incidents, and document CRM processes, workflows, requirements and best practices. Ensure data quality, security and compliance with GDPR and other regulations and Stay updated with the latest CRM trends, technologies and best practices.
