HRIS Manager

Halcyon is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead and optimize the People systems infrastructure, focusing on the Workday platform. The HRIS Manager will be responsible for configuration, vendor management, reporting and dashboards, roadmap execution, and overall system governance for Workday. This role involves leading core HRIS functions, owning the Workday roadmap, providing daily systems support, designing scalable workflows, ensuring data integrity, building system integrations, and partnering cross-functionally with various teams. Responsibilities include driving the execution of recurring People programs, leading HRIS-related testing, supporting compliance structures, developing change controls, and monitoring HRIS-related inquiries. The role also involves contributing to broader People systems transformation initiatives and maintaining confidentiality.
