Job Description
The Product Manager will define and drive the business plan, strategy, and positioning of the products to align with the corporate growth strategy. They will collaborate to discover solutions to identified problems, using sound judgment to assess risks and lay out the value of the solution in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative. This role also proactively identifies market opportunities and performs analysis to understand the competitive landscape, trends, and emerging opportunities. The Product Manager will interact with customers and prospects to define market requirements and communicate the needs to the development team, as well as monitoring product performance to evaluate adoption rates, user experience, and production issues. They will prioritize the product backlog in conjunction with overall business and partner needs and represent ConnectWise in all partner engagements, events, and conferences.
