Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end process assessments, documenting workflows, handoffs, controls, and dependencies.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify bottlenecks, cost drivers, performance gaps, and risk exposure.
Facilitate discovery sessions with SMEs and cross-functional teams to develop actionable improvements and ROI models.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related field with 7+ years in process improvement or operations consulting.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC methodologies, KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis in global, matrixed organizations.
Exposure to automation (RPA, workflow tools) and experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments; PMP certification is a plus.
