Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end process assessments, documenting workflows, handoffs, controls, and dependencies.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify bottlenecks, cost drivers, performance gaps, and risk exposure.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with SMEs and cross-functional teams to develop actionable improvements and ROI models.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related field with 7+ years in process improvement or operations consulting.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC methodologies, KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Exposure to automation (RPA, workflow tools) and experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments; PMP certification is a plus.
