Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Service Cloud Voice and AWS telephony systems for reliable contact center operations.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecast models for telephone, chat, and email channels.
  • Serve as primary system support for Voice and queue issues, coordinating with technical teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a call/contact center or customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Calabrio, and reporting tools like Microsoft Excel.
