Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Service Cloud Voice and AWS telephony systems for reliable contact center operations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecast models for telephone, chat, and email channels.
- Serve as primary system support for Voice and queue issues, coordinating with technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a call/contact center or customer service environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Calabrio, and reporting tools like Microsoft Excel.
