Workforce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbox for Contact Center inquiries including schedule changes and absence management.
• Perform intraday management to smooth breaks and lunch, ensuring optimum coverage.
• Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in workforce analytics or related role preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with call center metrics.
• Proficiency in tools like Nice/inContact CXOne, Calabrio, or Excel.
