Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate retailer and client program requirements into structured labor demand forecasts.
  • Analyze workforce supply and capacity to balance staffing with forecasted demand.
  • Support weekly and monthly S&OP processes coordinating inputs across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in S&OP, workforce planning, or supply chain analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote, home-office environment with standard Monday-Friday schedule.
  • Occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends to meet business needs.
  • Quarterly field visits to observe retail or field operations firsthand.
