On & Offboarding Supervisor (Volunteer/Remote)

Provide leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to onboarding and offboarding coordinators and support staff. Work in collaboration with the On & Offboarding Manager and HR Management. Oversee a team of volunteers working in Onboarding and Offboarding. Develops new strategies and programs to streamline the onboarding and offboarding process. Ensure all necessary documentation is recorded for new volunteers. Work with the offboarding team to remove inactive volunteers from all platforms. Communicate with managers in other departments about new team members. Work closely with recruiting the manager and other HR Supervisors to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinate global-level initiatives. Perform other related duties as assigned. Oversee the daily workflow of the department. Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
