Campaigns
Pipeline Generation & Outbound Execution:
- Build and launch multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and other formats.
- Partner with Sales to identify ICP segments, priority accounts, and messaging strategies that drive qualified pipeline.
- Continuously test subject lines, sequencing logic, personalization depth, and channel mix to improve conversion rates.
GTM Systems & Automation:
- Design and maintain scalable enrichment and targeting workflows in Clay (or other tools), including waterfall enrichment, integrations, routing logic, and structured table architecture.
- Own data flow into HubSpot, ensuring accurate contact enrichment, lifecycle stage management, segmentation, and campaign attribution.
- Integrate and optimize tooling across the GTM stack to eliminate manual work and reduce operational friction.
Research, Targeting & Data Quality:
- Build high-fit account and contact lists aligned to our ICP using structured targeting and enrichment workflows.
- Improve CRM hygiene and data reliability to ensure Sales is working from clean, actionable intelligence.
- Develop repeatable “list → enrich → sequence → measure → optimize” workflows that scale.
