Job Description
As a Customer Support Engineer you will become a product expert in AppOps and the Prodly suite. You will help customers resolve technical issues via support tickets, email, or chat, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to investigate bugs and improve the user experience. You will also contribute to self-service resources like knowledge base articles, how-to videos, and webinars, and assist in building and optimizing internal processes for customer success and support.
