Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor doctor performance to maintain high clinical and service standards.
- Analyse performance data and conduct regular 1:1 coaching conversations.
- Manage complaints, clinical incidents, and support doctor recruitment and onboarding.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Health or related field with 8+ years in healthcare.
- Proven experience managing doctor quality and navigating challenging conversations.
- Ability to interpret dashboards and drive process improvements.
