Job Description
Lead IT operations, infrastructure, and security across the company. Oversee IT support processes, ensuring excellent service for internal teams. Manage Microsoft 365 environment, including security configurations and user administration. Drive identity and access management strategies with SSO platforms (Okta, Azure AD). Define and enforce IT security policies, compliance, and risk management practices. Optimize IT processes through automation and best-practice implementations. Manage IT assets, procurement, and vendor relationships. Collaborate with leadership and departments to align IT initiatives with business needs. Mentor, lead, hire IT team members.
