What You’ll Do:
- Lead and champion innovation pipelines across multiple biotics categories, prioritizing high-impact product launches.
- Own the commercialization journey end-to-end—from concept to GTM execution.
Who You Are:
- You bring 8+ years of B2C product marketing and brand management experience in VMS, nutraceuticals, or specialty ingredients.
- You are a true builder and innovator who thrives in dynamic environments.
- You pair sharp strategic instincts with data mastery and fiercely champion the voice of the consumer.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual pay range $160-190k plus equity and benefits.
