Remote role for candidates based in Argentina, supporting a fast-growing American disaster recovery business.
Report to the FP&A Analyst and work closely with the accounting team, backed by Nashville-based Controller and CFO.
Cross-training across AR and AP; primary focus on AR and collections.

What You'll Do:

Own AR aging, make collections calls, and resolve payment issues with adjusters and carriers.
Generate invoices, post payments, and perform cash application.
Process payroll entries, prepare accruals, bank and credit card reconciliations, and support FP&A.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of accounting or AR/AP experience with direct collections experience.
Excellent English, strong follow-through, and high accuracy under pressure.
Proficiency in Excel and curiosity about AI tools; experience with ADP, Ramp, QuickBooks Online preferred.
