Financial reporting:
- Support the month-end close process and preparation of monthly management results
- Assist with board reporting and ad hoc financial analysis
- Maintain oversight of group and cost centre P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
Stakeholder management:
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, and Product to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Assist with business case development, financial modelling, and investment analysis to support growth initiatives
Process improvement & systems:
- Drive improvements in reporting processes, month-end close procedures, documentation standards, and data quality
- Support finance transformation initiatives, including digital and AI-driven improvements
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline finance systems and processes
