Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:

• Support corporate governance activities and maintain documentation.
• Provide administrative support for SOX reporting and SEC filings.
• Manage non-disclosure agreements and commercial evaluation agreements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with paralegal certification.
• Minimum three years of paralegal experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with corporate governance and entity formation.
