You'll serve as the operational partner to telehealth providers, managing daily visit and prescription queues.
You'll resolve patient escalations in real time and support provider onboarding and licensure.

What you bring:

Current CMA certification and 2+ years of clinical support experience.
Strong knowledge of medications and technical proficiency with EHRs, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Compensation & benefits:

$30/hour base pay with medical, dental, and vision options.
Up to 10 vacation days accrued in your first year, with remote work from the US.
