Job Description
The Virtual Assistant will handle the following tasks:
Respond to client and vendor calls and emails promptly
Prepare contract documents using provided templates
Facilitate internal communication between teams
Perform general administrative tasks (no physical tasks like scanning or filing)
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements
Support task prioritization and follow-ups using provided tools.
Training : Initial training provided, followed by minimal micromanagement
Communication : Direct and responsive via Slack, WhatsApp, email, or Zoom
