Job Description

Picus Security is seeking a Director, Sales Engineering to lead and scale the US Sales Engineering team. This role involves building and leading a high-performing team by recruiting, developing, and mentoring sales engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will drive technical sales strategy, owning the end-to-end technical sales motion, partnering with sales leadership to craft winning strategies for key segments and accounts. You will also serve as an executive sponsor for strategic customers and partners, building trusted advisor relationships. This role also includes refining and standardizing sales engineering processes to drive consistency and efficiency as the company grows, developing frameworks and methodologies that enable the team to demonstrate clear business value, and establishing metrics and best practices that elevate our technical sales effectiveness. Represent Picus Security at industry events, executive briefings, and customer forums, positioning solutions as mission-critical to customers' long-term security and business objectives is key.
